The Purpose of Project:
- To save writing documents that are incoming for a office unit and their printed notice will be printed.
- To inquire writing documents with date, sender and subject fields.
- To produce a printed notice for a writing document as a HTML document and/or a printer output.
- To save a list of staff for any writing document.
- To monitor signaturing status of a writing document in brief and/or detailed format.
- To print out all screen data by using a printer.
- To produce all screen data as a HTML document.
Explanation:
- This project has been written in PC-DOC (Personal Computer-Disk Operating System) as first. It has got a interface that is based on TUI (Text User Interface) .
- Then, this project has been ported into OS/2 (Operating System/2) and AIX (Advanced Interactive eXecute) operating system without any code changing.
- This project has been tested by using classic REXX interpreter of OS/2 and REXX/6000 interpreter of AIX successfully.
